This latter was presented at the Rome Film Festival. Asia debuted as a feature-length director with Scarlet Diva (2000). In the film, she played the role of a lead actor and also wrote the screenplay. The film premiered on 20 May, 2000, in Italy and around the globe. It was awarded a trophy at the Williamsburg International Film Festival in Brooklyn. Anna Lou was her first born child in the year 2001. After directing several music videos, she welcomed Anna Lou. She was a part of Jean-Marc Barr's performance on The Red Siren, directed by Olivier Megaton. In 2003 she starred alongside Vin Diesel and Rob Cohen's action-thriller. Asia is also the author of a number of short stories, which were published in top magazines.
